My order has been delivered. Your driver came to the door at a remote house without introducing himself and without apparel to suggest he worked for you. Merely to have a nonsensiclke and frankly irritating conversation when we are all supposed to be isolating and both my partner and I were on important calls. He then proceeded to damage the filter and pipe on the tank, I can only assume by standing on it. Luckily, I checked the tank once he had left and stopped the tank from emptying.
The delivery was scheduled last Thursday. A 3-day delivery service you offered and I paid for. I wasn't contacted or informed that the delivery wouldn't be made and tried multiple times to contact you on the day. When I did speak to you on Friday I was promised your drivers were 'working through the weekend to catch up and the delivery would be made Saturday, if not Sunday' and that the additional rate I paid for 'speedy' delivery would be refunded. On Saturday I was texted to say the delivery would be made Monday. On Monday I wasn't contacted to say there would be no delivery. Then when it was delivered today your driver has broken my tank.
In this "COVID-19 Panic-Buying Period" which has put so many companies under extreme pressure; it has been refreshing to deal with a company that is calm, and - more importantly - reasonable in the way they do business. United Fuels always deliver ahead of schedule, but this time was different. I called the day it was due to be told it would hopefully be delivered the following day. I called the following day to confirm and was told the driver - due to a fault on the wagon - was called back to base; but more than that, due to the on-rush of Panic-Buying the company was suffering from an overload putting pressure on their systems and delivery could be pushed out for another week. I calmly explained that our tank was almost empty and could she do what she could to expedite the delivery.
Delivery was made the following morning!

Fuel not delivered on time, again. This is the 3rd time it has happened. No communication to advise of a delay, I had to call them, again, after they had failed to deliver as promised. When I called, they could not confirm when the fuel would be delivered and were not prepared to try to expedite, even though I was at risk of running out the following week. Not a great service !
